The people behind the photos
Olivier, Managing Partner since 2013, comes from a farming background and has 15 years’ experience as a HR Director. His ability to analyse people and his extensive network means he can identify the best high-potential candidates and motivate the best talent.
Dagmar, co-founder of the agency, focuses entirely on recruitment. She is an expert in the agricultural distribution sector. Her guiding principle is “always listen to the client”. Dagmar knows how to provide a unique solution with a personal touch.
Dorothée is a consultant specialising in recruitment and skills assessment. Her listening skills and fine-tuned analysis mean she can support and guide her clients throughout the recruitment process.
Sebastien is our wine industry consultant. He has worked in the oenology and wine sector for almost 25 years. He brings his knowledge of a new sector and his expertise in human resources and management.
Angélique deals with recruitment and is the agency’s “Miss Communication”. She sources candidates and acts as the link between you and the agency. She brings her creativity and a dynamic attitude to the team, keeping everyone moving forward.
Laure deals with recruitment and headhunting the best candidates. She is rigorous, methodical and focuses on results. With a strong connection to nature and a passion for gardening and vegetable growing, she’s a keen sportswoman and likes to challenge herself.
Annabelle deals with recruitment. She brings her expertise in the temping sector and her good humour, which she manages to communicate even on the phone! Passionate about history, she loves to get to the bottom of a candidate’s story and detect the best talent.
