We focused on highlighting the company’s business plan and its actual management documents to prepare the training module, with a view to making these interviews a key milestone in the manager-employee relationship.
MG also developed role-play exercises adapted to the identified training goals, to prepare the managers for these interviews.
Having framed the regulatory aspects of the interviews, MG adapted its management basics training module to focus on communication skills and the personality profiles frequently encountered in companies.
Participants were able to calmly prepare for their interviews, the first step being to gather all the required annual performance information.
They were also able to adapt their approach to the various personality profiles of their team, to transform the interview into an inspirational meeting for all concerned.
