STEP 1: UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS

A consultant and a talent sourcing manager specialised in the agriculture and wine sectors meet with you to find out more about your company, your situation, your business strategies, and identify or help you determine your recruitment needs.

STEP 2: DEFINING THE POSITION

Having identified your needs and determined an accurate profile of your new recruit, we build a picture of your future candidate, including their role, profile, experience and personality.

STEP 3: PROMOTING YOUR JOB OFFER

Our agency offers two complementary approaches for sourcing your future candidate. We promote your job offer on our website, on job boards, on social media and on our internal networks. We also have a database of 15,000 professionals and our own network in France, developed and expanded over the past 25 years. These two networks working together are what make our approach so effective.

STEP 4: CONTACTING CANDIDATES

The talent sourcing manager then goes on the hunt and sources the best candidates. Candidates are contacted directly. The talent sourcing manager acts as an ambassador for your company, focusing on “selling” your job offer to each potential candidate identified.

STEP 5: CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT AND SHORTLIST

Once the talent sourcing manager has convinced the candidate to take on this new challenge, a consultant then meets them to ensure that they correspond to the job’s key criteria. The candidate’s skills are also assessed using a personality test developed by one of the agency founders and tested on a wide range of candidates. We also source references from previous employers.

STEP 6: PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES AND FINAL SELECTION

Having interviewed several candidates, the consultant then presents a selection of profiles that correspond to your needs. The consultant guides you through the decision-making process using their expertise and sharp analysis of the candidate’s professional and soft skills.

STEP 7: AFTER THE CANDIDATE IS HIRED

Success! You’ve found your perfect candidate and a new adventure begins. But our job doesn’t stop there. We check in regularly to see how the new recruit is working out. We guarantee all our recruitments throughout their trial period.
